AnyTech365 is actively seeking a Swedish-speaking technical support agent specializing in cybersecurity and IT for its office located in Torremolinos. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer calls, provide remote assistance, and respond to electronic requests.

• Understand and apply best practices to provide first-level support and the best possible customer service in a timely manner.

• Perform remote clean-ups as instructed.

• Resolve issues on the first call whenever possible, using knowledge gained during training and consulting available documentation.

• Record problems in the database.

• Demonstrate the ability to understand and retain dynamically changing information related to the support department and organization.

• Maintain a positive attitude and behavior. Show a high level of responsibility for all operational tasks and adhere to expected standards.

Bac + in Computer Science or IT.

• At least one year of experience in a similar role.

• Perfect command of Swedish and impeccable communication skills

• Knowledge of Danish or Norwegian would be a strong plus for this role.
