- Understand and apply best practices to provide first-level support and the best possible customer service in a timely manner.
- Perform remote cleanups as instructed.
- Resolve issues on the first call whenever possible, using knowledge gained during training and consulting available documentation.
- Record problems in the database.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand and retain dynamically changing information related to the support department and organization.
- Maintain a positive attitude and behavior. Show a high level of responsibility for all operational tasks and adhere to expected standards.
Requirements
- Bac + in Computer Science or IT.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- Perfect command of Dutch and impeccable communication skills.
- Strong listening and service orientation.
- Diligent, committed, punctual, and proactive.
