The Project Manager team is a key player in the everyday function of the Agency. The Project Manager has day-to-day responsibility for the smooth and effective running of their projects from client briefing to delivery of all final assets; they will be the glue between the disciplines pulling together the right resources (from multi-agencies) with a focus on great delivery. This candidate's mission is to help deliver an excellent final product in a time-efficient manner & on budget. Overview What we are looking for is a motivated Project Manager who can manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end project delivery from brief to final asset delivery. * Coordinate resources across disciplines and multiple agencies to ensure cohesive delivery. * Set up projects effectively, plan timelines, control budgets and resources, and provide regular reporting. * Own the end-to-end process, assess current workflows, and implement optimisations and improvements. * Be a self-starter, stay open to change and innovation, and contribute ideas for process improvements. * Maintain excellent organizational and communication skills; understand project scope from briefs and prepare action plans; flag issues early and collaborate on

solutions. * Adapt to changes and help the team adjust plans as needed. * Apply a solutions- and detail-oriented mindset to understand scope and negotiate timelines or craft creative solutions. * Demonstrate experience in experience design, development, SEO, or analytics. * Be commercially savvy with experience in scoping, budget planning, prioritization, scope negotiation, revenue reporting, resource planning, forecasting, and providing data for client services). Qualifications * Languages are a must: Spanish and English (high level).
