What You'll Do * Develop and implement ML models for dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, and revenue optimization * Collaborate on end-to-end solutions, from data preprocessing to model deployment in production environments * Participate in A/B testing and experiment design to continuously improve our algorithms * Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights for business stakeholders * Contribute to the team's technical capabilities by staying current with the latest ML techniques and technologies * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions * Clearly communicate your work, methodologies, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences * Interact with multiple areas of our technology stack to push models to production Who You Are * Ph.D. (preferred) or master's degree in computer science, Machine Learning, Mathematics/Statistics or another related field of science. * 2 years of industry experience in applying ML to real-world problems desirable but not required. * Proficiency in Python, with experience using PySpark and common machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras etc.). * Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP) * Solid understanding of common machine learning algorithms * Knowledge of statistics and probability theory * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn new concepts quickly * Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Enthusiasm for tackling challenging problems and contributing to innovative solutions * Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment Accommodation requests If you need assistance with any part of the
