Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a technical partner for Sales and Customer Success teams. In this role, you will design, deploy, and support solutions that address complex client requirements while demonstrating the value of software platforms and integrations. You will create custom dashboards, reports, and proof-of-value projects, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business goals. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, driving both client success and business growth, while influencing technical adoption and workflow improvements across multiple accounts. Accountabilities

  • Partner with sales and customer success teams to deliver engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients
  • Design, develop, deploy, and manage customer-specific proof-of-value (PoV) projects
  • Build dynamic dashboards and custom reports to provide actionable insights for clients' management teams
  • Support functional and technical elements of RFP responses
  • Maintain and update demo environments and stay current with feature releases
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate client needs into technical solutions that drive business outcomes

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technology role, such as pre-sales, consulting, implementation, or sales enablement
  • 2+ years of demonstrable success working with commercial clients
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to design lightweight custom solutions and solve complex client challenges
  • Experience with business process mapping, consumption-based selling, and value-selling methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs, integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing both technical and executive audiences
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote work environment while managing multiple priorities
