- Actively manage and communicate inter-team dependencies and associated risks, ensuring alignment and predictable delivery across the immediate product domain.
Governance & Standards Adoption
- Ensure strict compliance with Agile standards, tooling conventions, and reporting requirements, serving as the primary enforcer of governance practices at the team level.
- Promote high-fidelity adoption of the Agile delivery model across teams, advocating for consistent use of agreed tools and processes.
Stakeholder & Product Collaboration
- Serve as a trusted mentor to Product Owners, Functional Analysts, Scrum Master Colleagues and other key stakeholders, providing guidance in advanced backlog management, value-based prioritization, and translating strategy into executable work.
- Foster strong alignment between delivery teams and product stakeholders to ensure focus, transparency, and shared ownership of outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role in a multi-team Agile environment.
- Deep understanding of Scrum, Agile delivery frameworks, and cross-team delivery dynamics.
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and mentoring abilities with experience driving behavioral and process change.
- Proficiency in Agile metrics and flow-based delivery insights.
