Job description
- Develop deployment approaches to transition customers from their current systems to the Amadeus platform.
- Collaborate with implementation project managers to define migration scope and carry out implementation activities.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders to to align project goals and resources.
- Drive risk management and issue resolution, proactively identifying blockers and ensuring timely escalation and mitigation.
- Coordinate the full rollout process, including planning with customers and third parties, and supporting go-live activities.
- Monitor project KPIs and deliver executive reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; Master's degree a plus.
- Proven experience managing IT implementation or system migration projects, ideally in SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with hospitality or travel technology is strongly preferred, but experience with large-scale IT transformation projects in other sectors is also valued.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence across teams and regions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in English required (additional languages a plus).
