Job description
The People Technologies team at Amadeus is looking for a Manager to lead the Workday HCM functional area. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of Workday HCM, ensuring seamless configuration, testing, change management, and delivery on a global scale.
You will play a critical role in driving system innovation, governance, and continuous improvement, ensuring that changes are effectively supervised and aligned with best practices. This includes reviewing and validating configuration updates, enhancements, and fixes implemented by colleagues to maintain system integrity and optimal functionality.
A successful Manager will be a collaborative leader, partnering across teams to assess cross-functional impacts of any design or configuration changes. You will work closely with HR Centers of Excellence to design, test, and implement scalable enterprise solutions, all while applying strong project management principles and ensuring clear and effective communication., * Partner with key stakeholders across Amadeus to align, plan, and execute HR technology initiatives, including governance models, policy implementation, and HR tool enhancements.
- Manage project execution, ensuring that business requirements are met while proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and escalating when necessary.
- Supervise and validate changes made by colleagues to ensure compliance with best practices and system integrity.
Systems Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Assess the impact of system changes, ensuring holistic, well-communicated, and cross-functional consideration before implementation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance Workday processes, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Design, configure, test, implement, and maintain changes in different Workday modules, ensuring optimal user experience.
Operational Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Ensure the ongoing operability, compliance, and adoption of Workday functionalities across global teams.
- Develop deep expertise in Workday and apply analytical problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve system defects.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workday?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A seasoned HRIS professional with broad experience across multiple HR technologies, with at least 3 years of experience with implementing Workday HCM modules in a global, enterprise environment.
- Ability to support multiple priorities and workstreams, ensuring seamless digital solution deployment.
