Job description
As an Integration Specialist within Amadeus Hospitality Operations, you will play a key role in supporting customers with the integration of Amadeus products and partner Property Management Systems (PMS). You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the pre-sales, implementation, and post-integration phases, ensuring seamless connectivity and maximum value for our clients. Your expertise will help drive customer satisfaction, product adoption, and continuous process improvement., * Support sales with integration demos and solution proposals
- Advise customers on integration activities between Amadeus and customer systems
- Resolve functional issues and provide problem resolution during integration projects
- Submit Statements of Requirements (SOR) or change proposals (CPR) to Product Management
- Manage and track integration schedules
- Assist with implementation, including connectivity, product setup, data setup, and testing
- Report integration status, KPIs, and customer feedback to management
- Perform final certification before production implementation
- Ensure high product adoption and assist customers in daily activities
- Help customers maximize the value of Amadeus solutions
- Identify and prioritize critical issues and root causes
- Follow up on internal process improvements and automation
Requirements
Do you have experience in XML?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Tourism or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitality or customer support
- Experience with HTML, XML, JSON, SQL, or server applications/tools is a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality industry and travel technology is an advantage
- Advanced PC skills and adaptability to various technical environments
- Understanding of APIs and software development processes
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively
- Strong customer focus, goal orientation, and accountability
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and flexibility
- Proficiency in English
