  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cloud technologies and Microsoft products (Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Windows, and more).
  • Use your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify solutions quickly and efficiently.
  • Handle each interaction with empathy, patience, and professionalism creating a positive experience for every customer.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English (advanced level).
  • Previous experience in technical support or IT-related roles.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud products and related technologies is highly valued.
  • A proactive, curious mindset and a genuine interest in technology and people.
