Job description

  • Provide 1st-level IT support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist employees with system operations, troubleshooting, and peripheral devices.
  • Perform root cause analysis to resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor and categorize IT tickets in the ITSM system.
  • Use knowledge databases to provide quick and accurate resolutions.
  • Collaborate with 2nd-level support teams and external service providers.

Requirements

  • Fluent Finnish speaker (C1 level) with strong written and spoken skills.
  • Good command of English to communicate effectively within the team.
  • Experience in IT support 1st or 2nd level support in a corporate environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge including Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems ideally ServiceNow.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset to handle technical challenges effectively.
  • Customer-focused approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with motivation to develop technical and soft skills.
