Job description
As a Product Owner Gamification, you will join the Casino team, made up of 5 people, whose role is to define and implement the promotional strategy of the gaming team.
Your main mission will be to deliver engaging and innovative gamification mechanics, seamlessly integrated into our gaming experience.
YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC
In this role, your main missions will be:
- Contributing to the overall promotional strategy of the gaming team and identifying projects that develop gamification mechanics tailored to our various player profiles and their gaming habits.
- Writing user stories while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, monitoring their development, and validating them within the set deadlines.
- Prioritizing the backlog, planning and coordinating sprints, and ensuring proper scrum/agile practices are followed within your squad.
- Ensuring product quality, maintaining documentation, adhering to internal best practices, and conducting functional analysis in the event of incidents.
- Monitoring performance based on KPIs defined with the Head of Product and Product Manager, and ensuring A/B testing and tracking are implemented, along with insights analysis in collaboration with the Data Science department to continuously improve our product.
- Collaborating daily with IT departments (especially the EM of your squad, with whom you'll form a duo), Design (UX/UI), Data, Marketing, Customer Service, and Compliance, as well as all other product squads. Requirements
- You have a degree from a n Engineering or Business School (Master's level or equivalent), You have successful professional experience in…
- You have at least 5 years of significant experience in a similar Product Owner role, ideally in a B2C mobile-first company (e-commerce, mobile gaming, FrenchTech, etc.).
- You are highly skilled in agile methodologies, continuously improving your knowledge and applying them effectively to your team's context.
- You're known for your initiative and eagerness to learn, thrive in teamwork, are product/customer-oriented, and have a strong UX/UI sensitivity.
- You're comfortable with both front-end and back-end topics and play an active role in cross-functional "tech" topics, also creating value for the end customer
- And finally, you speak English fluently

Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning). About two weeks later, you will take a case study to present to Clémence, Lead Product Ops. Next, you will meet Gia Chung your future manager, followed by Julie, Gaming director. Finally, Benoit will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
