Acting as technical owner of solution in scope of Workforce Management (Planbition, Beeple, ...)

Providing technical & functional expertise for WFM solution
-
Translating the global and local product requirements/requests to detailed functional and technical requirements for an IT solution
-
Prioritizing functional enhancement/requirements in alignment with the Digital Product manager
-
Steering the IT development team or suppliers delivering the prioritized requests in agreed roadmap
-
Defining & managing test procedures (Integration /UAT/Non regression /Performance)
-
Organizing technical support with IT Production department.

Ensuring that solutions in scope meet Architecture/Security/Legal Adecco rules & pre-requisite

Support IT deployment of WFM solution in the group Responsibilities

Translating the global product to an IT solution

Functional management of multidisciplinary IT teams

Lead the IT teams/suppliers to deliver the designed solutions based on well described user stories and acceptance criteria

Translating high level functional requirements (Epics & Features) to detailed functional and technical requirements (User stories & Story points)

Prioritization of the backlog based on business value in link with Product Manager

Managing the backlog with measurable KPI`s

Following Agile, DevOps, SCRUM and LEAN methodologies

Collaborative and fruitful working relationship/partnership with the preferred IT supplier

Collaborative and fruitful partnership with the Digital Product & Success manager

Travel Requirement: Regular (20-50%)
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience working as solution analyst in IT:
- Prior experience of working in a digital marketing environment
- Prior experience in managing backlogs
- Prior experience in writing epics, features and user stories
- Experience in alignment with business stakeholders
- Ability to influence in a matrix organization
- Experience in prioritization of backlog based on value for the company
- Experience in managing external team(s) in different locations and time zones
- Good knowledge of software development methodologies using LEAN, Agile, Scrum DevOps, and Waterfall
- Work experience in a multinational and multicultural environment
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in English required; additional language skills preferred
- Strong communicative team player
- Structured and disciplined approach in management of workload
- Ability to evaluate information, identify key issues and formulate conclusions based on sound, practical judgment, experience and common sense
- Problem analysis and resolution
- Ability to build co-operative working relationships with customers, peers and key stakeholders based on respect and team work
- Ability to act under pressure and to manage crisis situations efficiently
