Job description
- General infrastructure IT and Security maintenance of workstations, laptops, servers, switches, printers, and Wi-Fi.
- Inventory management of all IT assets (workstations, laptops, switches, servers, workstations, printers...).
- Data backups check and perform restoration operations.
- Act as liaison between Virtuos' studios and group IT/clients/vendors.
- Implement improvements that are beneficial to our infrastructure, providing added value with respect to continuity of services, performance, automation, innovation.
- Perform system optimization and workstation component upgrades
Operation & Support
- Provide high-level, comprehensive, and efficient user support.
- Deploy workstations, laptops, and participate in the evolution of masters.
- Administration of users, servers, switches, and printers.
- Deal with incidents, anomalies, and internal requests, providing detailed follow-up to their resolution.
- Manage access rights to servers and applications based on profiles/groups.
- Supervise and analyze infrastructure components, taking measures likely to improve the quality or productivity of services.
- Establish network connections and data pipelines between Virtuos and its clients, respecting their individual security compliance needs.
Requirements
- Systems: Linux Debian & CentOS, Windows Server 2019 and above, Windows 10/11.
- Applications: Office 365 and Azure.
- Hardware: Any type of PC and Mac., * BTS educational level (Information System, Network Administration, HelpDesk).
- At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or Help Desk specialist.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 environment (Teams, Exchange) and its administration.
- Knowledge of workstation and laptop automated setup (WDS/MDT).
- Knowledge and experience with administrating Linux
- Have already dealt with a firewall.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues.
- Familiarity with a wide range of standard office automation products.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills, customer service orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Fluent French and English speaker.
