IT Support Specialist H/F

Adsearch, a recruitment firm based in Nice, supports you in your career to find THE ideal position. I'm recruiting for a fast growing fintech, an IT Support Specialist (M/F) based in Sophia Antipolis. Your missions:

• Level 1 / Level 2 technical support for users
• Resolve technical incidents
• Install and configure IT equipment
• Participate in the continuous improvement of support processes
• Ensure the follow-up of incidents and support requests until their complete resolution
• Document You will work in a production environment. Technical environment: Linux, Windows, SQL, Confluence, Python

Fluent English is mandatory

• Experience in a production environment
• Skills in Linux, Windows Powershell scripting, SQL query (essential)
• A first experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
