- d'une cuisine avec en libre-service boissons chaudes, sodas et fruits de saison pour satisfaire la gourmandise de chacun., As a Lead Producer, you will play a strategic and operational leadership role, guiding teams, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects., * Act as the studio representative and lead the entire production team with clarity, motivation, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Drive the preparation of project proposals, production plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Champion Agile / Scrum methodologies within the studio and act as a mentor for producers and team members.
- Facilitate alignment and conflict resolution between cross-functional departments (art, design, engineering, animation, QA, etc.).
- Serve as a key leader and contributor to the development team, proactively identifying and resolving issues across studios and in collaboration with clients.
- Build trust and gain buy-in from internal teams (development, business development) as well as client stakeholders.
- Oversee production to ensure deliverables meet client expectations in terms of quality, timing, and scope.
- Define and maintain realistic milestones, roadmaps, and production schedules in collaboration with team leads and management.
- Manage scope and change : prevent feature creep, ensure adherence to initial goals, and propose budget adjustments when needed.
- Continuously assess project risks and maintain alignment between scope, budget, and timeline.
- Lead day-to-day communication with clients and internal stakeholders on schedule, budget, risks, and change management - providing clear recommendations.
- Ensure that every Producer on your team maintains an accurate schedule and demonstrates full ownership of the quality and timeliness of their work.
- Promote excellent communication, teamwork, and a positive working environment within the studio.
- Leverage your leadership to maintain team efficiency, momentum, and clarity during high-pressure or fast-paced production phases.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience as a Producer and 2+ years as a Senior / Lead Game Producer in a complex creative or software development environment.
- Strong understanding of game development processes, pipelines, and production workflows.
- Mature, confident communicator able to manage senior-level relationships and work effectively in multicultural environments.
- Both creative and pragmatic, with strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for navigating obstacles to keep projects moving forward.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide, influence, and motivate cross-disciplinary teams throughout the entire development cycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies and promoting process excellence.
- Strong ability to anticipate risks, manage scope, and maintain focus on key objectives.
- Fluent in French and English speaking.
