- Proactively identify and resolve IT issues, and lead coordination (internal/external) when necessary;
- Monitor & follow up on service desk tickets for fast, effective solutions;
- Support critical business operations outside office hours as needed, especially with global teams;
- Activate/deactivate IT software/hardware for onboarding, changes, and offboarding;
- Verify backups and promptly report any issues to IT;
- Drive improvements in key IT systems, guided by our IT management team in France.
Collaboration is key: You work closely with the global IT team to execute various projects, including new office openings and flexible site visits.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, You are a real problem solver with a positive mindset and a flexible approach, making IT challenges look easy! Your sharp eye for detail and drive to help colleagues make you an essential part of our business., * At least MBO level Network and System administrator;
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar IT role;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and DNS;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and detail-oriented;
- Ability to adapt and respond to changing environments or priorities;
- Team player with strong organizational skills;
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus!)
Good to know: This position is available at both our Dutch and French locations. During vacation periods, we ensure coverage by coordinating your presence across both sites. For example, you might spend two days at location A and three days at location B, depending on operational needs. On-site visits are arranged when your physical presence is needed, while the rest of the support can be provided remotely. Good planning and open communication within the IT team help us guarantee smooth service and flexibility throughout the year.
