Job description

  • Provide first and second-level support for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets, diagnose technical issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions in Active Directory.
  • Support video conferencing systems, printers, and other office equipment.
  • Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
  • Document support activities, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to improve processes and implement best practices.

Requirements

Do you have experience in macOS?, We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to end-users across hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach., * Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar IT role.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
  • Familiarity with Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus.
