Thus, you offer support to your first-line support colleagues. In this independent role, you analyze business-critical problems or questions and quickly convert them into a practical solution. In addition, you proactively manage our client's IT by responding appropriately to event messages from monitoring systems. In addition, you provide support in the analysis of information from incident registration as part of the problem management process.
