An_ IT Support Specialist _plays a vital role in ensuring that all technology systems within a company operate smoothly, supporting both employees and infrastructure., An IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance to internal users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues to maintain system performance and productivity., Diagnose and resolve computer hardware, software, and networking issues.
Install, configure, and maintain systems, networks, and peripheral devices.
Manage user accounts, email systems, and ensure data backups and recovery.
Respond to IT support requests and document solutions and processes.
Maintain security measures, monitor vulnerabilities, and install system updates.
Provide user training and create help guides or FAQs.
Track IT inventory and manage asset procurement for the organization.
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, IP, DHCP, routers).
Experience with IT helpdesk tools and ticketing systems.
Bachelor's degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification (Certificate IV or Diploma in IT in Australia).
