Job description

They are looking for a Security Associate where you will be part of their European security function, supporting enterprise-level initiatives that keep our systems, people and information safe. You'll act as the link between technical teams, management and stakeholders ensuring that security policies and risk frameworks are implemented smoothly across the organization. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively across teams to support company-wide security initiatives.
  • Conduct and document risk assessments for enterprise systems and propose actionable improvements.
  • Manage non-technical security projects, compliance reviews and internal investigations.
  • Draft and maintain security policies, standards and procedures aligned with global risk frameworks.
  • Present findings and recommendations in clear, professional English to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Security?, They value teamwork, cultural awareness and attention to detail qualities that allow our people to deliver excellence across borders and technologies., * 3-5 years of experience in information security, governance or risk management.

  • Strong communication, coordination and documentation skills.
  • Experience writing policies and conducting risk or compliance assessments.
  • Familiarity with international standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 or NIST frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently on investigations and security projects.
  • Experience within a Japanese or multinational environment is a strong plus.

Nice to have:

  • Relevant security certifications (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or CompTIA Security+).
  • Japanese language skills and cross-cultural communication experience.
