Job description
As a Senior System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, optimizing, and securing the IT infrastructure supporting the International Criminal Court. You will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security across on-premise and cloud environments, while acting as a senior technical reference point for the team., * Administer, configure, and maintain core IT systems including servers, networks, and storage environments
- Implement and manage Microsoft 365, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Citrix environments
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine operations and improve efficiency
- Monitor and optimize system and network performance, ensuring service continuity and disaster recovery readiness
- Strengthen system security through patching, hardening, and access controls
- Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to deploy new solutions and technologies
- Document system configurations, standards, and operational procedures.
- Mentor junior administrators and act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
Requirements
Do you have experience in System security?, * Strong hands-on experience with M365, IAM, PowerShell, and Citrix
- Broad technical knowledge across server, network, and cloud infrastructures
- Excellent understanding of security best practices and system monitoring tools
- Experience with public institutions, defense, or other international organizations is a strong plus
- Fluent command of English at C1 level (both written and spoken)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Citrix, or security-related) are highly valued
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in system administration or infrastructure roles

Experience in international or public-sector settings, particularly in defense or justice institutions, will be considered a distinct advantage.
