Senior System Administrator

As a Senior System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, optimizing, and securing the IT infrastructure supporting the International Criminal Court. You will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security across on-premise and cloud environments, while acting as a senior technical reference point for the team., * Administer, configure, and maintain core IT systems including servers, networks, and storage environments

• Implement and manage Microsoft 365, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Citrix environments
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine operations and improve efficiency
• Monitor and optimize system and network performance, ensuring service continuity and disaster recovery readiness
• Strengthen system security through patching, hardening, and access controls
• Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to deploy new solutions and technologies
• Document system configurations, standards, and operational procedures.
• Mentor junior administrators and act as an escalation point for complex technical issues

Do you have experience in System security?, * Strong hands-on experience with M365, IAM, PowerShell, and Citrix

• Broad technical knowledge across server, network, and cloud infrastructures
• Excellent understanding of security best practices and system monitoring tools
• Experience with public institutions, defense, or other international organizations is a strong plus
• Fluent command of English at C1 level (both written and spoken)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Citrix, or security-related) are highly valued
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in system administration or infrastructure roles
