IT Manager Belgium / Netherlands

• Oversee and manage IT operations at our sites in Belgium / the Netherlands as well as affiliated branch offices
• Design and implement solutions in line with the group-wide IT strategy
• Ensure reliable IT operations and act as the main IT contact for local entities
• Provide IT support in accordance with the requirements of the business units
• Monitor IT security and foster a modern cybersecurity culture
• Independently manage IT projects from planning to completion
• Administer our cloud infrastructure based on Azure / Microsoft 365
• Report to the Group Head of IT and maintain close collaboration with Central IT and IT managers across the countries

Do you have a valid Driver's License Class C1 license?, Do you have experience in Intune?, * Solid educational background in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related qualification

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable IT management role
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft client-server administration, virtualization, security, networking, storage, as well as backup and recovery
• Advantageous: expertise in cloud computing with Microsoft Azure, M365, Intune, Autopilot, Modern Desktop, and Azure Virtual Desktop
• Strong hands-on mentality, high service orientation, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Analytical, solution-oriented way of working combined with excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Willingness to travel to group sites in Belgium / the Netherlands in alignment with customer needs; a valid driver's license is required
• Dutch C2
• English C1
• French is an advantage

This is a full-time position with a strong focus on home office work. You will have the flexibility to work primarily from home, while traveling to our sites only as required and in coordination with customer needs.
