Data Center Operations Technician (5×8 / 7×24 Shifts)

• Perform 5×8 or 7×24 on-site IDC (Internet Data Center) operational support according to SLA and client requirements.
• Handle incident response and work orders, including monitoring alerts, ticket processing, and maintenance support.
• Conduct routine inspections, identify risks, record incident data, and issue preliminary reports following EOP processes.
• Operate the ticketing system, strictly follow SOP workflows, and ensure SLA compliance and zero-error execution.
• Assist in server, switch, and cable installation, racking, labeling, and basic troubleshooting.
• Provide hands-on site support for system maintenance, equipment deployment, and small-scale engineering tasks.
• Work collaboratively with other engineers and report directly to the Team Leader.

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * MBO Level 4 / Associate degree or above.

• Preferred majors: ICT, Electrical Engineering, or related technical disciplines.

Skills & Experience

• Basic understanding of data center operations and infrastructure.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and standard operation procedures (SOP).
• Hands-on experience with IT equipment (servers, switches, cabling) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic technical documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Language: English or Dutch (Chinese is a plus).
• Must hold valid work authorization in the Netherlands (EU citizen or valid residence permit).

Preferred Certificates (Not mandatory but a plus):

• VCA (Basic/Vol) safety certification.
• NEN 3140 low-voltage safety certificate.
• Data center / electrical operation experience.

• Gross monthly salary: €2,300 - €3,000, depending on skills and shift type.
• Paid overtime and holiday allowance (8%).
• Night shift compensation for 7×24 positions.
