Do you want to help shape the future of HR systems for over 80,000 colleagues across Europe? As our new HRIS Expert in SuccessFactors/Employee Central Payroll, you'll play a key role in improving our international HR landscape from our dynamic headquarters. Based in Zwaagdijk, you'll be part of a supportive and ambitious team where innovation and collaboration go hand in hand. What will you do?
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects within the HRIS landscape
- Analyse, resolve, and escalate HR system issues (incident management)
- Manage and implement new or enhanced system functionality
- Coordinate system changes with our Change Coordinator
- Coach and support team members in HRIS-related topics
- Act as functional lead for rolling out SuccessFactors in new countries
- Assess and implement country-specific HR rulings in collaboration with HR experts
This is what your day could look like
Your day starts with a quick team stand-up to align on ongoing projects and any system updates. You might then dive into analysing a recent SuccessFactors update, collaborating with IT and country HR teams to ensure seamless implementation. After lunch, you lead a knowledge-sharing session for colleagues, followed by a one-on-one with your team lead to discuss a proposed improvement for the onboarding module. Before the day ends, you log into a call with one of our international HR teams to support a system rollout in their country. Every day brings something new, and your expertise keeps everything running smoothly., You'll be part of the HR Projects, Processes and System department, reporting to the Team Lead Business Support. Within our HRIS Development team, you'll work closely with approximately 50 colleagues who are passionate about building and maintaining a robust HR system landscape for all Action countries. Requirements
Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * You're passionate about HR systems and bring a wealth of knowledge in SuccessFactors or Employee Central Payroll. You enjoy working across different cultures and are skilled at translating technical solutions into practical outcomes for end users.
- Your attention to detail, strong communication, and proactive mindset make you a valuable team player who thrives in a growing international environment.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, or a related field-or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience, preferably in an international setting
- In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors in a multi-country context (certifications are a plus)
- Familiarity with other HR cloud solutions such as ServiceNow or Kronos
- Fluent in English; other languages (e.g. Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish) are a bonus
