Job description
As an IT Workplace Administrator, you are the technical point of contact within our organization. You ensure our (digital) workplace remains stable, secure, and up to date. When incidents or recurring issues arise, you are the one who investigates the root cause, resolves them, and implements lasting improvements., * Administers the IT infrastructure within an organization, including the physical network (e.g., LANs/WANs, servers, terminals) in collaboration with our third party IT partner in the Unifi domain

Configures, installs, maintains and upgrades computer systems hardware and software

Administers and maintains security of operating systems

Provides operational support for the organization's information systems and peripheral equipment such as applications, desktops, printers and storage devices

Has full proficiency in a range of technical processes or procedures (or deep skills in a single area) through job-related training and considerable work experience

Completes a variety of atypical assignments

Works within defined technical processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments

Works with a limited degree of supervision, with oversight focused only on complex new assignments

Acts as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * 3-5 years of experience in a similar IT support or system administration role.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11, Gsuite is a preferred
- Good understanding of networking, security, and endpoint protection.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills - you can clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users.
