Job description
As the Service Delivery Manager, you will support the team in ensuring operational excellence across store-related IT platforms and managing service delivery performance., * Managing second-line incident resolution and monitoring progress
- Performing trend analysis on domain-related incidents
- Preparing reports on store-related consumables and service performance
- Driving problem analysis and root cause investigations (RCA)
- Coordinating actions during major incidents and supporting Service Level Meetings with vendors
Requirements
- Background within Service Delivery Management or similar
- Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a retail environment
- At least 5 years in a comparable Service Delivery Manager role
- Knowledge of ITIL and BiSL frameworks
- Experience with Microsoft Office and preferably ServiceNow
- Fluent in English and Dutch
