Job description

As the Service Delivery Manager, you will support the team in ensuring operational excellence across store-related IT platforms and managing service delivery performance., * Managing second-line incident resolution and monitoring progress

  • Performing trend analysis on domain-related incidents
  • Preparing reports on store-related consumables and service performance
  • Driving problem analysis and root cause investigations (RCA)
  • Coordinating actions during major incidents and supporting Service Level Meetings with vendors

Requirements

  • Background within Service Delivery Management or similar
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • At least 5 years in a comparable Service Delivery Manager role
  • Knowledge of ITIL and BiSL frameworks
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and preferably ServiceNow
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
