As a Technical Program Manager, you'll lead large-scale, cross-functional software development initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic programs across product, business, and engineering teams
- Drive clarity in ambiguous situations and manage competing priorities
- Build and maintain integrated project schedules across multiple SDLCs
- Identify bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance trade-offs
- Apply agile and blended methodologies to ensure delivery excellence
- Coach and manage TPMs while delivering key company priorities
Requirements
- 6-9 years of technical program management experience
- Strong background in payments systems and FinTech
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Proven ability to use data-driven insights to solve business challenges
- Experience managing multiple parallel projects with high complexity
