Manager IT Portfolio (temporary)

For one of our large fashion clients in Amsterdam we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Portfolio Manager to join the Enterprise IT team. In this role, you'll oversee one to two business-facing IT portfolios, guiding them from initial shaping through execution and continuous improvement., * Manage strategic IT portfolios and ensure alignment with business goals

• Collaborate with senior IT and business leaders to define roadmaps and priorities
• Monitor portfolio health across delivery, financials and resources
• Support project teams through governance and process navigation
• Drive adoption of portfolio management practices and tools
• Partner with finance to validate business cases and investment value
• Lead regular portfolio reviews and reporting for senior leadership

• 5-10 years of experience in portfolio and project management within a fashion/retail environment
• Proven success in leading large, complex programs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with Agile and traditional methodologies
• PMP, SAFe or similar certifications are a plus
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Asana and JIRA
