Do you have experience in Communication skills?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * A bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, Data Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience with data analysis, monitoring, or digital operations.
• A structured, analytical mindset with great attention to detail and quality.
• Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Willingness to work up to two weekend shifts per month.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude - social, direct, and ready to take ownership.
