Job description
As a Technical support engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our energy system transformation solutions. You will provide exceptional 24/7 technical support to our customers, leveraging your industry knowledge, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication to address issues and help shape the future of our products., * Provide 24x7 technical support for our renewable energy solutions and real estate platform, including participation in an on-call rotation.
- Leverage your industry knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to renewable energy control systems.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to diagnose problems, propose solutions, and identify software gaps.
- Work closely with the product team to communicate feedback and contribute to planning future features and improvements.
- Assist in software development-related tasks when needed, with minimal coding or debugging involvement.
- Build strong relationships with customers, demonstrating excellent soft skills to ensure satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical support?, Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of control systems in renewable energy. Technical skills: Minimal knowledge in software development (e.g. ability to understand and navigate basic code). Communication: Proficient in English (Dutch is a plus) with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Soft skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and internal teams. Problem solving: Analytical mindset to address technical challenges and recommend strategic improvements. Availability: Willingness to work on-call in a 24x7 support environment.
