As IT Product Lead - HR, you'll help us build a modern, intuitive, data-driven HR ecosystem that empowers nearly 2,000 colleagues across the company.
This is a medior-level role (3-5 years relevant experience) for someone who's ready to take ownership, grow their influence, collaborate closely with HR, Finance, IT and external vendors, and help us evolve and digitize the full HR value chain from onboarding to performance processes, talent development, CoreHR, and more.

- Ensure systems remain compliant with Dutch law, security standards, and Odido policies
- Help us professionalize HR technology, introduce innovation, and scale our HR digital maturity

- Support data-driven HR through insights, reporting structures, and system integrations, At Odido we learn every day. All of us. You are responsible for your own development. That is why you decide how, what and when you learn. We have more than 200 digital training courses with which you can work on professional and personal goals.
