Salesforce Consultant

You will implement our PMS for our medium sized to large estate customers. As these customers have all their own specific requirements you are helping them to configure the Salesforce environment to their needs to get the most value out of the application. You will work closely with our project managers, sales team, product owners and developers. In this role, you will act as the central technical and functional point of contact for our external implementation partners. You will be responsible for the correct integration of complex Wunderbricks real estate processes into the customer's broader Salesforce architecture. This involves translating customer requirements into technical specifications for partners and accurately guiding them through the deeper real estate logic of our product, such as configuring Leases, executing Indexation Runs, and handling Owner Settlements. You will manage the integration scope and monitor adherence to Wunderbricks standards to ensure a scalable and maintainable solution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Implementing Wunderbricks PMS for our new real estate customers.
• Designing and implementing customizations.
• Supporting other consultants on other projects, whenever needed.
• Collaborating with project management with estimating time needed for requested customizations.
• Supporting sales with customer intakes and quoting requested customizations.
• Partnering with the operations team on customer issues.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to design new and improve existing functionality.
• Create and maintain customer documentation.
• Provide feedback to product owners to allow them to improve and enhance our PMS.

Do you have experience in Salesforce?, * Mandatory: Excellent Dutch communications skills (verbal and written). English is a strong plus.

• Minimum 3+ years Salesforce Consultancy experience.
• A strong ability to clearly communicate complex matters to diverse stakeholders is crucial.
• Excellent problem solver with great analytical skills.
• Familiar with the Appexchange and eager to learn and test out new applications.
• You have strong experience in collecting and analysing customers requirements.
• Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce is a plus.
