Certain Advantage is partnering with a leading automotive company to recruit a capable and proactive Technical Analyst. This role is essential in delivering centralised support services to Engineering Factory Offices and driving alignment with strategic, operational, and compliance objectives. You'll lead key operational processes and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the Factory Office teams meet their performance and efficiency goals., Deliver centralised technical and administrative support across Engineering Factory Offices. Coordinate and execute operational processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with performance targets. Collaborate with internal teams to gather, validate, and process procurement requests, including supplier quotations and shopping cart workflows. Maintain strict compliance with documentation standards and internal process controls. Support end-to-end SAP activities, from shopping cart creation to invoice reconciliation. Provide expert guidance on purchasing procedures and approval workflows to internal stakeholders. Partner with Finance to streamline expenditure approvals, ensuring adherence to financial governance frameworks. Your Background

Proven experience working independently and delivering results in a high-paced environment. Strong numeracy and advanced analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Solid financial understanding, including budget tracking, accruals, and cash flow management. Skilled in validating quotations and supplier invoices. Strong working knowledge of SAP systems, particularly around purchasing and finance workflows. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - including pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
