Job description
- Responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM applications within an organization
- Provide solutions that meet the organization's human resources, talent management, payroll, and workforce management needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to ensure successful deployment and optimization of Oracle HCM solutions
- Oracle HCM Implementation: Participate in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM applications, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions that align with best practices and industry standards
- Application Configuration: Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules to meet the unique needs of the organization, including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and Performance Management
- Should be capable of handling Functional Fit-Gap analysis
- Manage project documentation based on OUM methodology
- Integration: Work on integrating Oracle HCM with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and third-party applications, to ensure seamless data flow and process integration
- Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of HR-related data from legacy systems to Oracle HCM
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing of Oracle HCM configurations and customizations to identify and resolve issues before system go-live
- Training and User Support: Provide training sessions to end-users and support them in navigating and using Oracle HCM applications effectively
- System Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay abreast of Oracle HCM updates, new features, and releases, and work on system upgrades and enhancements as required
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex technical and functional issues related to Oracle HCM applications
Requirements
- Core experience in Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM functions
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working in ERP HCM product (EBS and Fusion) with proven experience in Oracle HCM implementations, with a focus on Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, and other relevant modules
- Should have worked in at least 2 full life cycle implementations with at least one of the implementations in EBS and another in Fusion HCM offerings
- Familiarity with HR and Payroll compliance and regulatory requirements
- Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role

- Must have valid passport for business travelling which involves work at client site
Education:
- Should be a graduate from any reputed educational institution, having Oracle certification is an added advantage
