Job description

I am looking for a dedicated Level 2 Document Controller to join our team in Paisley. This is a crucial role where your precision will directly support our production and compliance processes, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of our vital documentation. The Role: What You'll Be Doing

As our Document Controller, you'll be the linchpin for managing critical paperwork and data flow. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Batch Management: Precisely releasing scheduled batches to production, ensuring all accompanying paperwork is correct and cross-checked.
  • Batch Completion: Guaranteeing all produced batches are accurately completed to stock, with all materials correctly allocated.
  • Document Distribution: Facilitating the timely and correct distribution of documents to various departments.
  • Reporting: Running regular, accurate reports to maintain stock accuracy and data integrity.

Requirements

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is paramount?, We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and is ready to be a collaborative team player., * Exceptional Attention to Detail: A high degree of accuracy and a good eye for detail when handling high volumes of paperwork.

  • Strong PC Skills: Proficiency in general computer use, especially Excel and Word. Experience with PowerBI is a plus!
  • Teamwork: The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a small team.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth document control processes.
