Are you an organised, proactive Administrator looking to join a busy, supportive operations team? This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied role where every day brings something different, from document control and project coordination to supporting site and contract managers.
The Role
Working closely with the Operations Director and wider project team, you'll play an essential part in keeping things running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the operations team, including Site and Contract Managers
- Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings
- Managing filing systems, data entry, and document preparation
- Collating and maintaining project files and records
- Handling document control duties - tracking drawing revisions, distributing updates, and maintaining RFI logs
- Assisting with reception cover when required
- Supporting compliance with ISO, FSC, and Investors in People standards
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure and organisation to a busy environment - someone dependable, detail-oriented, and confident using Microsoft Office., * At least 1 year's experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and work independently
Desirable:
- Previous experience within the construction industry
