You'll be providing day-to-day coordination of Company IT internal and external services, resulting in prompt resolution of technical problems.

What you'll be doing ...
- Diagnose and provide support on computer system problems, including debugging, correcting, repairing, servicing, examining, installing, training, and troubleshooting computer hardware, printers, and other peripherals
- Represent and promote the Company's IT services, using comprehensive knowledge to explain how our solutions meet customer needs
- Achieve or exceed individual targets set by your Line Manager/the Company on a monthly basis
- Meet or exceed Company KPI's consistently
- Embed new IT starters into the team inclusively
- Deliver and complete training when required with internal and external customers
- Ensure working in line with all Yo Telecom policies and procedures
- Go above and beyond with service to wow everyone
- Visit customers sites when required
- Bring solutions to issues with persistence and optimism
- Create process and procedures which will increase efficiency in both internal and external systems, platforms and equipment
- Assist with the development and implementation of instructional technology support software images
- Assist with the assessment, development, implementation, and support of classroom presentation technologies
- Develop training materials and procedures for end users
- Provide assistance on the use of software and hardware to end users
- Provide support in the access of network resources to both internal and external customers
- Maintain an inventory of technology resources including location, when moved, and any particular maintenance or setup issues
- Review regularly IT set up and make recommendations
- Gather, research, and communicate recommendations and pricing on computer hardware and software and present solutions and ideas to the COO and CEO
- Maintain the servers and ensure any issues are resolved timely
- Support the Tech team by being part of the hunt group for calls and assistance
- Communicate effectively through the use of the internal and external platforms
- Complete any other tasks which are reasonably requested by a Senior Manager
- Be proactive and manage your professional development through SMART targets and a professional development plan
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, * Previous experience in IT support is essential
- Great communicator and the ability to provide excellent customer service
- An interest and passion for IT as a career

- A driven, determined and professional attitude to work
- Familiar with Windows operating systems: Windows 7,8,10,11 Windows Server 2003-2019 and Mac OS Big Sur/ Montreal
- Experience with networking (DHCP,DNS,TCP/IP etc)
- Office 365, Sharepoint and OneDrive Experience
- Local and Cloud Backup solutions
- Experienced in Google applications
- Building and maintaining servers
- Previous experience in IT support is essential
- Great communicator and the ability to provide excellent customer service
