We are looking for an Operational Support Coordinator to join our team to provide a brilliant service to our colleagues and customers, supporting the wider team to achieve its ambitious goals by ensuring things run smoothly and effectively through owning operational administrative activities associated with the business.

Reporting into the Support Manager, you will have day to day administrative responsibilities crucial to meeting the communication standards and contractual expectations of our Clients.
Primary responsibility:
Client CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) task administration;
Be responsible for proactively managing and updating multiple Client portals, as contractually required by CubicWorks.
Ensure the efficient and timely update and closure of both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks, including updating notes, costs and uploading supporting documents where required.
Work closely with the internal teams and external third parties to obtain all relevant task information where required.
Other Responsibilities:
Service Desk Relief;
Provide relief during holidays and other busy periods to the Service Desk.
CubicWorks CAFM operations, including raising and allocation of tasks, raising and reconciliation of purchase orders and review and closure of completed tasks.
Communicate effectively and promptly with internal colleagues and external customers via telephone and email.
Other Duties;
Supporting the Support Manager and wider business in all operations on a day-to-day basis, including: administrative duties.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Facilities management?, Someone who can build strong professional relationships with customers, suppliers and other colleagues in order to understand their business and business needs
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
Who can use their own initiative
Has excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team
To demonstrate on a daily basis a strong customer focus
To be competent in working with multiple processes and business systems simultaneously
Previous administrative experience, preferably in Construction or Facilities Management but not essential
