Ecommerce Coordinator

We have an exciting and rare opportunity to join our Income Generation and Communications team by being our Ecommerce Coordinator Could you increase our charitable income by increasing our sales revenues through a variety of online platforms? Do you have the drive, ambition and the desire to make positive change, promote and engage existing and new supporters whilst being a natural problem solver? We are looking for someone who has a true passion to turn donated goods into cash with an eye for spotting a money spinner You must be able to lead by example, be empathic and understanding Initially one year fixed term contract

Good communication skills, * Experience in online sales

• Some experience of working with volunteers
• Good general all round knowledge of best-selling, popular, unique and profitable items to maximise sales
• Experience of developing and implementing new and inventive ways of increasing sales/donated goods
• Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written
• Computer literate preferably including Excel
• Ability to effectively communicate on all levels, encouraging rapport with customers ensuring a positive shopping experience
