They are looking for a proactive E-commerce Executive to join their team and take ownership of their digital platforms. You'll help manage and improve multiple B2B and B2C websites, ensuring they look great, perform brilliantly, and deliver results.

What You'll Do
As the E-commerce Executive, you'll play a key role in managing their online "shop window" - keeping the websites performing at their best and driving sales through excellent user experience.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing and updating multiple B2B and B2C websites.
- Uploading and optimising product listings, pricing, and images.
- Ensuring websites are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with brand standards.
- Working with developers and stakeholders to roll out updates and improvements.
- Supporting the design, build, and testing of multiple new websites launching in 2026.
- Managing the Shopify integration app and internal PIM system.
- Tracking website performance - conversion, traffic, and sales metrics - and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Coordinating digital updates for new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Supporting online elements of marketing and events.

You'll be at the heart of these projects, working closely with developers and internal teams to deliver a seamless, high-performing online experience for both trade and retail customers.
Requirements
Do you have experience in E-commerce?, * Experience in e-commerce or website administration, ideally within a product-based or distribution business.
- Knowledge of Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Comfortable with basic HTML/CSS and Figma for minor edits.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance.
SEO experience desirable.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach and willingness to learn.
- Interest in the coffee industry is a bonus!, * Do you have any SEO experience?
- Have you used Shopify and or Big Commerce?
