Job description

I have a great opportunity for a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to join a company in Southampton. You will be joining a company who are passionate about what they do, strongly believes in playing and achieving as a team and will value your growth and development., In this role, you'll be responsible for providing 2nd line technical support to escalated incidents and tickets. As a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in delivering proactive and reactive support, ensuring the customers receive excellent service.

  • Experience supporting and administrating M365 / O365 cloud services.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
