Job description
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, software, and networks. You will serve as the first point of contact for end-users and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-line technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and business applications.
- Maintain and support IT equipment, peripherals, and network connectivity.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within Active Directory and Office 365.
- Monitor and respond to support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and security updates.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and IT procedures.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support larger infrastructure or project needs.
