Job description

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to our employees. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems to ensure smooth IT operations., * Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral devices.

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Set up new user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level IT staff or vendors when needed.
  • Support remote users via phone, chat, or remote access tools.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.

Requirements

Do you have experience in macOS?, * Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, IT Technician, or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
