Job description

  • Lead the design, deployment, and optimisation of enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Manage and mentor a team of onshore and offshore network engineers, ensuring performance, collaboration, and technical growth.
  • Oversee configuration, maintenance, and security of routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers to ensure network reliability and compliance.
  • Drive automation and efficiency through tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and scripting, improving operational consistency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align network strategy with business transformation and digital initiatives.

Requirements

  • Deep technical expertise in Cisco technologies (routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, Cisco Umbrella) and SD-WAN architecture.
  • Strong understanding of core networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, QoS) and network security best practices.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level network operations and leading technical teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in network automation and scripting using Python, Bash, Ansible, or Terraform.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills with the ability to balance strategic and hands-on responsibilities., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
