Job description

We're a young, scaling performance outfit, and we're hiring a Paid Social Specialist to help build the engine as we floor it. You'll work with the paid socail team - designing, launching, and optimising campaigns that create qualified pipeline and real revenue (tracked from quote to sale, not just clicks). Expect clear hypotheses, disciplined testing, tight account structure, sharp creative iteration, and conversion tracking that stands up to scrutiny.

Because we're early, your fingerprints will be everywhere. You'll shape playbooks, refine processes, influence tooling, and surface growth levers across a varied client roster. You'll set targets, forecast impact, report what matters, and build trust by tying spend to outcomes. What You'll OwnCampaign Excellence & Growth:

  • Manage and optimise high-impact Meta Ads campaigns: Working with designers to create offer led, high impact creatives
  • Analyse performance data with a keen eye, identifying opportunities and acting on insights that drive real, profitable business growth
  • Deploy advanced bid strategies, audience targeting, and ad extensions to consistently exceed client ROAS and CPA goals
  • Conduct rigorous A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ad relevance across your portfolio, * Serve as the trusted strategic advisor for 8-10 client accounts, translating their business goals into winning Paid Social strategies
  • Deliver clear, insight-rich performance reports that tell the story behind the numbers
  • Build relationships based on transparency, proactive communication, and consistent results
  • Identify and present upsell opportunities across Meta, Email, and Creative services

Strategic Innovation & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with senior team members to align on strategy and solve complex challenges
  • Share knowledge and insights with the wider team, contributing to our collective growth
  • Stay ahead of the curve with new Meta features and industry trends, applying cutting-edge tactics to client accounts
  • Contribute to workflow improvements and operational excellence initiatives

Requirements

Under two years young and scaling, we specialise in paid social, paid search, landing pages and conversion ops and analytics for service brands that want growth now, not later. We move meticulously, with precision, and full ownership - winning with integrity, testing relentlessly, and evolving fast - so leaders can lead and sales teams can close., * 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads management within a digital marketing agency

  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high performance standards
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and performance optimisation
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships based on trust and results
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Technical Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads platforms
  • Experience with bid management, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other relevant tools
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of lead gen or ecom. best practices and conversion optimisation

What Would Make You Stand Out:

  • Experience with other paid media platforms (Paid search, Microsoft Ads, etc.)
  • Background in lead generation
  • Understanding of key business metrics, profitability and client margins
  • Experience mentoring junior team members
  • A passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices
