Job description
In this role, you will be managing NA-KD's Paid Social channel with the goal of improving our social media presence and brand awareness through implementing A/B tests and using the newest marketing products. As the Paid Social Specialist, your collaboration with different teams, and understanding of branding, will be crucial. In this role you will be reporting to the Head of Sales., * Managing our paid social channels together with external agency
- Monitoring brand awareness and increasing it based on YoY metrics
- Monitoring and reporting the performance of our paid social channels
- Briefing the content that we use in our paid channels to our content production team and having regular creative tests
- Staying up to date with the newest tools and products in paid social channels to improve our efficiency in both lower and upper-funnel activities

- Experience in A/B testing and basic knowledge of statistics
- Excellent project management skills and analytical thinking
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suits, TikTok Ads, GA4, Google sheets and Google Analytics.
- Able to approach challenges with a calm mindset and effective problem-solving, even in high-pressure situations and when working with tight deadlines.
- Interested in the fashion industry
- Fluency in English
