Job description
This is a fast-paced, office-based position suited to an experienced administrator or document controller with strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset. You'll be supporting live contracts and ensuring documentation is managed to the highest standards across the business., * Act as first point of contact for site teams, supporting administrative, IT and communications needs
- Manage document control processes including project start-up, electronic filing, and SharePoint/EDMS systems
- Coordinate O&M manuals, log books, asset registers, and accreditations
- Support Health, Safety, Environmental and ISO documentation compliance
- Assist the Contracts Team with administrative functions
- Manage supply chain documentation and vetting procedures
- Archive project documentation for efficient future access
- Oversee client feedback processes and general office administration
Requirements

- Degree in English or Business-related field beneficial but not essential
