Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer specializing in End-User Support (EUS) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in managing and supporting end-user computing environments, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and associated peripherals. This role requires a strong technical background in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, as well as a proactive approach to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user computing devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and drivers.

  • Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner, ensuring SLAs are met.

  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Perform hardware and software upgrades and deployments.

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other IT systems.

  • Conduct system audits and maintenance tasks, ensuring system reliability and security.

  • Create and maintain documentation related to IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and applications.

Requirements

Do you have experience in macOS?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT support roles, with a focus on end-user support.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise IT systems.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
