Job description
Are you a document controller with experience of working on infrastructure projects?, We are supporting a key client who is delivering a range of major infrastructure programmes. They are seeking a proactive Document Controller to manage, track and coordinate documentation across multiple live and upcoming projects.
What You'll Be Doing ·Managing project documentation and ensuring accurate version control ·Supporting engineering and project teams with document set-up, workflows, approvals and distribution ·Maintaining and organising document registers and filing structures ·Coordinating design information to ensure seamless project delivery ·Liaising across disciplines to ensure documents are submitted and processed in line with deadlines and standards
Requirements
·Proven experience as a Document Controller on infrastructure projects (rail, utilities, power, civils or similar) ·Familiarity with document control systems / EDMS platforms (e.g., Asite, Aconex, SharePoint, ProjectWise, 4Projects, etc.) ·Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple workstreams ·A collaborative and proactive approach to supporting project teams

Contract length: Inital 6 months with opportunity to be ongoing Location: Wimbledon (3 days in office Tues, Weds and Thurs ideally/ 2 from home) Rate: Dependant on experience but will be outside IR35
